The government has postponed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent exams slated for Monday (May 15) under all education boards due to Cyclone Mocha.
Prof Tapan Kumar Sarkar, chief of the inter-education board coordination committee, said that Monday’s exams for all educational boards have been postponed as the question papers are the same in all the boards.
The government issued a circular in this regard on Sunday.
The revised schedule of the postponed examination will be announced later by issuing a notification, said the notice.
The notification also informed that the examinations will continue as usual from May 16 as per the pre-announced schedule.
